Prince Harry has admitted in his memoir Spare that he used drugs. This raises the question of whether he lied about not using drugs in his visa application. To determine this, the Heritage Foundation, an organization, filed a petition to review Prince Harry’s immigration documents.

If it is found that Harry lied, he could potentially be deported from the U.S.

Judge Carl Nichols, who heard the case, initially ruled that Prince Harry's visa documents should not be released due to privacy concerns. However, following the election of Donald Trump as the U.S. president, who had previously criticized Harry, Judge Nichols has now indicated a change in his decision.

Now, Judge Carl Nichols has expressed a desire to release the documents that could reveal whether Prince Harry lied in his visa application about his drug use.

As a result, Harry now faces a legal predicament regarding his visa. Trump had previously warned that if Harry lied in his visa application, he would face consequences. This could potentially create further trouble for Prince Harry.
